v1.9.37
- When POPCHAIN is played inside the dopaplay.io portal, the How to play, FAQ, About and News links on home open www.popchain.io in a new tab, so the game stays open.
v1.9.36
- The level number sits in the center of the level badge, and three-digit levels shrink to fit inside it.
- The stir and booster buttons under the jar sit evenly inside their rings.
v1.9.34
- While a big sticker such as COMBO!, FEVER! or a level-up is on screen, the chat dims so the two never overlap.
- On the story map, the next world's name plate moves aside from your pin, and world names sit on a white plate.
- Translated titles keep a matching outline, unavailable buttons fade instead of turning gray, and language rows no longer cut off text.
v1.9.30
- The first-run tutorial can no longer end in an overflow: new jellies pause near the dashed line, and a story show's clock waits for your first pop.
- No full-screen ad appears before the tutorial is finished or skipped, and a rewarded ad pays out no matter how long it stays on screen.
- Level ups, results and new skin reveals use a soft glow with sparkles.
- Settings fit on small 360x640 phones, and a tapped jelly always reacts.
v1.9.26
- popchain.io has How to play, About, FAQ, News and Contact pages in all 22 game languages, linked from the foot of the home screen.
- The first-run tutorial became a spotlight: the group to tap glows while the rest of the jar dims, with the hint in a bubble right above it. SKIP ends it, and Replay tutorial in Settings plays it again.
- Every word on the score card is large enough to read on a small phone, and stirring no longer makes phones drop frames.
- On the web, a missing or slow ad no longer holds up the next run.
v1.9.20
- Stirring is gentler and leaves a glowing candy ribbon in the jelly colors.
- Jellies resting in the pile no longer shoot up along the left wall.
- Fonts ship with the game, so the right lettering shows even offline.
- The tutorial hand's fingertip lands on the jelly it points at, and SHARE opens the score card at once.
v1.9.17
- Stirring became a move you earn: hold up to 3 stir charges, spend one per drag, and earn one back by popping 7 or more jellies in one tap.
- Challenges: sharing a Marathon score sends a link, and you get notices on home when friends beat it.
- Web purchases arrived: Remove Ads (US$4.99, plus 1,000 coins) and the Supporter Pack (US$6.99: no ads, the Royal skin, a supporter badge and rewards without ads).
- Ads on www.popchain.io appear only between runs: from the fourth run, every other run, at least 90 seconds apart and never in the first 3 minutes. Rewarded ads pay only when watched.
- All 20 translated languages were reviewed line by line against English and Korean, about 1,050 strings.
- Daily rewards follow the server's clock, 2X XP and 2X coin events show a tag on the MARATHON button, and switching tabs or apps pauses the run, including FEVER and show timers.
v1.9.6
- POPCHAIN is live on the web at www.popchain.io.
- A guest account is created in the background on first launch, and progress saves to the cloud; saves from two devices merge without going backwards.
- Account in Settings uses the shared DOPAPLAY account on dopaplay.io, where you can sign in with Google, Apple, LINE, Kakao or email.
- Marathon runs get a global rank on the results screen, and the world tab lists the top ten.
- Stirring really moves the jar, and each early run teaches one thing: tapping in run 1, stirring in run 2, a bomb in run 3.
v1.8.3
- Home reads in play order: logo and squad, STORY and MARATHON, TODAY'S SHOW, then the daily spin, event, coin jar and missions.
- The chat takes the same share of the jar on every phone, with a compact one-line style on small screens.
- This build includes Story (300 episodes in 20 worlds), Marathon and Today's Show, whose show #1 is dated September 26, 2026.
