3SEC FEED looks like a feed of short videos, but every short is a game you play with one finger, and each one gives you only a few seconds: three for the quickest, and less as the feed speeds up. The title tells you what to do: tap, swipe, hold, drag, rub or shake. Clear it and the feed scrolls on to the next one. Miss it and you lose a heart.
The catch is speed. The more you clear, the faster the feed runs, and a Speed Up card tells you when it climbs again. There are nearly two hundred different shorts in a hand made clay world, and you never know which one is coming next.
How to play
- Read the title in the middle of each short and do exactly that, before the time bar at the bottom runs out.
- Clearing a short gains followers for your channel. Missing one costs a heart; when the hearts are gone the run ends.
- Every so often a Live round appears: a short boss stage with several steps in a row. Winning it can give you a heart back.
- On a computer you play with the mouse. After a result, Space, Enter or the Up arrow moves on to the next short.
Modes
- Today's Feed: the same twenty shorts for everyone in the world today. Your first run counts; after that it is practice. Share your result line without spoiling the shorts.
- Channel Journey: a long map of episodes, ten steps each, with a Live boss every tenth step and up to three stars per step.
- Free Feed: an endless feed that keeps speeding up, for chasing your best run.
- Practice: replay the shorts you missed without losing hearts or records.
Why we made it
Short video feeds are fun to scroll and easy to lose an hour in. 3SEC FEED keeps the swipe and turns watching into doing: every few seconds asks something of your hands, and a run ends cleanly when the hearts are gone. Don't watch. Let's play!
