Who can use DOPAPLAY

DOPAPLAY is for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use DOPAPLAY with the permission of a parent or guardian, and do not make purchases without them. Children under 13 should not create an account.

Your account

A guest account is created when you first play. You can sign in at dopaplay.io to use the same account across games and devices. Keep access to your sign in methods safe; you are responsible for activity on your account.

You can delete your account at any time. Deleting it removes your progress in every DOPAPLAY game and cannot be undone.

The games

The games are free to play. Some show ads, and some offer optional purchases. We keep improving the games, so features, balance, events and content may change or end.

Coins, skins, boosters and other in game items are virtual items. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred or sold. We do not sell paid random items.

Purchases

Purchases in the iOS and Android apps are made through the App Store or Google Play, and refunds for them follow that store's rules. Purchases on the web, if offered, are processed by our payment provider; contact support@dopaplay.io if something goes wrong. Where the law gives you rights to a refund or withdrawal, those rights apply.

Fair play and conduct

To keep things fun for everyone, do not:

• Cheat, use bots or modify the games, their scores, ads or purchase flows.
• Create accounts in bulk or abuse our servers.
• Choose names that are offensive, hateful, sexual, impersonate others or share personal information.
• Break the law or anyone's rights while using DOPAPLAY.

What we may do

We may hide or remove names, scores and shared content, reset suspicious records, and suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Where reasonable, we will tell you why.

Our content and yours

The games, art, music, characters and the DOPAPLAY name belong to Raymind.AI LLC or its licensors. You may share links, screenshots and clips of your play for non commercial purposes.

Names and content you create in the games (such as player names and shared replays) stay yours. You allow us to store and show them in the games and rankings so the service works.

Availability

We work to keep DOPAPLAY running, but it may be interrupted or change, and a game may be retired. DOPAPLAY is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Raymind.AI LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of virtual items caused by clearing device data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the games or by email. If you keep using DOPAPLAY after a change, the new terms apply.

Operator and governing law

If you live in the Republic of Korea, DOPAPLAY is provided to you by 레이마인드에이아이 (Ray Mind AI, business registration 492-10-03068, representative Hyunsang Cho), a company in Korea. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes go to the competent court under the Korean Civil Procedure Act. Korean consumer protection laws apply to you in full.

If you live anywhere else, DOPAPLAY is provided to you by Raymind.AI LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company (1021 E Lincolnway Suite 9913, Cheyenne, WY 82001, USA). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live still apply.
