Open dopaplay.io and choose Sign in. You can use Google, Apple, LINE, Kakao or an email code. In a game, open Account and tap DOPAPLAY sign in; you come back to the game signed in.

No. Every game starts you as a guest right away. Signing in lets you keep your progress safe, move it to other devices and use one account in every DOPAPLAY game.

If you were playing as a guest and cleared your browser data or switched browsers, that guest progress stays with the old browser. If you were signed in, sign in again with the same method and your progress comes back.

If you are signed in and something is still missing, write to support@dopaplay.io with the game name and roughly when you last saw it.

On the old device, sign in at dopaplay.io (from the game's Account menu) so your progress is in your account. On the new device, open the game and sign in with the same method. Progress from both devices is combined and never goes backwards.

Some places cannot bring you back to the game after sign in, such as an app's built in browser or a game saved to your home screen. In those cases the game shows an 8 character code. Open dopaplay.io/link on any browser or device, sign in and enter the code. The game signs in on its own. Codes last 10 minutes.

Google blocks sign in inside some apps' built in browsers. Use the email code, or open the page in Safari or Chrome. If your game progress is in the other browser, use a link code.

Check your spam or promotions folder, and wait a minute before asking again. Codes come from account@dopaplay.io and last 10 minutes.

Go to dopaplay.io/account and choose Delete account, or in any game open Account and tap Delete my data twice. This deletes your account and your progress in every DOPAPLAY game and cannot be undone. If you cannot get in, write to privacy@dopaplay.io.

Each game shows the name you set in that game. Change it in the game's settings. Offensive names may be hidden.

Write to support@dopaplay.io with the game, your device and browser, and what you saw. For a player, include their name on the ranking and the ranking you saw it on. Screenshots help.

Purchases in the iOS and Android apps are handled by the App Store or Google Play, so request refunds there. For purchases on the web, write to support@dopaplay.io with the email on your receipt.
